Our story
What started as a hobby...
My first bathroom reno was 20 years ago, when my wife and I bought our first house in our early 20's. A beautiful 1970's brick and tile house full of floral wallpaper and a pink and black tile bathroom.
I continued to renovate our own properties, doing multiple bathrooms, kitchens and laundries. Sometimes going back and re-doing them a second time! Finally taking the step to do someone else's bathroom and actually getting paid for it.
The remnants of our first renovation, carved into the cement work next to the base of a pink pedestal sink. Forgotten about until we did the bathroom a second time years later.
